Air Fried Zucchini, Peppers, and Onion
Air-Fried Zucchini, Peppers, and Onions is a quick, healthy, and flavorful side dish perfect for any meal. A great way to get more veggies into any meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups zucchini 1 big zucchini diced
- 1 cup green pepper 1 green pepper chunks
- 1 cup onions 1 medium onion big chunks
- 1 teaspoon oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: Dice Zucchini, chop green peppers and onion.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F
- Mix all ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups zucchini, 1 cup green pepper, 1 cup onions, 1 teaspoon oil, and ½ teaspoon salt.
- Air Fry the Vegetables for 20 minutes, turning the veggies halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Transfer the air-fried vegetables to a serving dish and enjoy as a healthy side or snack.
