Ingredients
For Marinade:
- 1 lb chicken thighs bone-in or boneless, skinless
- 1 cup yogurt plain
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken:
- In a large bowl, combine 1 lb chicken thighs, 1 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon coriander Powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon red chili flakes, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix well.
Bake the Chicken:
