Raita is a traditional Indian side food that people love because it makes them feel cool and refreshed. It goes well with many Indian meals, from spicy curries to fragrant biryanis and rich pulaos. It is made with creamy yogurt, fresh cucumber, and a hint of roasted cumin. This quick and easy recipe is not only tasty, but it also goes well with Indian food because it balances out the strong tastes. With coriander leaves on top, Raita gives every bite a burst of freshness and flavor.
