Sabudana Khichdi is a traditional Indian meal that is often eaten as a healthy breakfast or during fasting days. There are soaked tapioca pearls (sago), roasted peanuts, and a mix of cumin, green chilies, and ghee in this dish. It is light but full of flavor. Adding a squeeze of fresh lemon and some coriander leaves makes it taste great and be good for you at the same time. It is a popular choice in Indian homes because it is easy to make and has a good taste.
