Ingredients
  

For Chutney:

  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 green chilies adjust to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice if you prefer, tamarind will work too
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ½ cup water adjust for desired consistency

Instructions
 

Blend the Chutney:

  • Combine 1 cup roasted peanuts, 2 green chilies, 3 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ cup water in a blender.

  • Blend until smooth. Then add ¼ cup cilantro and blend again. Adding more water as needed for desired consistency.
